Hello mom as the child is now above the age of 1 year and above you can give him foods that you make at home for the family ,no much restrictions for them now . If he is not much interested in milk you can give milk products as well such as panner , ghee ,curds etc and milk recipes such as kheer
ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, at 1.5 years, you can give all family foods the way you prepare at home. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. All types of grains, cereal, pulses. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add nuts like almonds, dry fruits like baby’s diet. If your child does not like to have milk directly, you can add powdered nuts to enhance the taste. Also give milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
