#AskTheExpert wen can we start feeding food to infants ... i mean by which month .. and wat would be her first food .... pls do suggest .. she has completed her 3rd month ...

A. hi once the baby completes 6 months of age along with breastfeeding kitchen based top feeds can be given initiate with liquids like rice dal water gradually give blends of rice dal ragi rawa pech fruit puree mashed potatoes avoid salt and sugar till 1 year of age
