ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, the diet to be given to Neelansh include homemade cerelac, ragi porridge, cereal pulse, khichadi, vegetable dal rice.
All seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Milk products like curd, paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
