#asktheexpert wanted to know what the reason that my child is graved to have some sort of sweet......how should I shift or divert or replace the same from his diet easily

A. Some kids generally have a sweet tooth so you can try a balance by giving proper meal to the child and one small portion of sweet or dessert that your child likes to have after the meal that is going to be good offer more of jaggery-based products to the child over sugar based
