To increase healthy weight in kids, it is important to include fat and protein rich foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, fish, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks along with variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
