A. eat low calorie diet and reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lukewarm water. walk for one hour daily. eat protein rich diet for skin tightening. avoid sitting for prolonged hours

A. Hello ma’am You can lose on your weight in a proportionate manner only with a proper workout and the diet so I would advise you to start doing brisk walk at least twice a day once in the morning and once in the evening after dinner and take a proper diet from a dietician so that you lose on your weight in a proportionate manner
