Feed same food items (menue) continue for 4-5 days then change the food item for another 4-5days.
Feed with other family members.
Give in separate plate to maintain personal identity..
Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make her eat.

Low appetite can be due to reasons like low zinc levels or too much dairy products or less gap between meals etc. Include ajwain , ginger, lemon or carrot juice, coconut water, curd with mint in the kid's meals to boost the appetite. South Indian rasam will also increase the appetite.
