Q.
#asktheexpert vaccination is due for my son now but he has cough and cold. Can he be vaccinated now or should I wait for him to get better, is it OK to put vaccine extending the scheduled date

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. regular cough and cold is not a contraindication for vaccination and you can go for vaccination without any problem and at the same time you can continue the medicines for cough and cold

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello the child is having only cold and cough getting vaccination is not a problem and you can also delayed by a week if you wish to do and then get the vaccination done even after the child is better which is also fine and a delay of vaccination by a week or 10 days is not a problem
