Q.

#asktheexpert vaccination is due for my son now but he has cough and cold. Can he be vaccinated now or should I wait for him to get better, is it OK to put vaccine extending the scheduled date

A. regular cough and cold is not a contraindication for vaccination and you can go for vaccination without any problem and at the same time you can continue the medicines for cough and cold

A. hello the child is having only cold and cough getting vaccination is not a problem and you can also delayed by a week if you wish to do and then get the vaccination done even after the child is better which is also fine and a delay of vaccination by a week or 10 days is not a problem
