#AskTheExpert unfortunately I ate expired date bread and the bread contained some black patch ,i thought it was part of bread.My mom later said it was expired and she kept to throw it. please suggest me when can I give milk to my baby

A. dear mum, even if you have eaten expired bread it will not affect your breast milk. so, you can breastfeed baby as per your baby's demand, which is whenever baby wants.
