#AskTheExpert unable to produce milk...for my new born...in the early days ..I was able to give Milk...but now it's jus 2 3 spoons only . previously it was good .. my baby is 36weeks now..he is premature baby ..jus 12days old now

A. can we have fruits and lasun ? I'm a new mom pls help...as my grandparents aren't allowing me to have fruits and few vegetables...right now.. my baby is 14days old ..I'm not breastfeeding him..as he is a premature baby ...he was born on aug 26...my waterbag broke..so..that's the reason I had an c section...the date given by doctor was September last week...but I had an emergency c section operation....pls suggest me .how to produce milk..more ..and also .with the diet plan if any... I'm a vegetarian..

A. hello u can take lactare tablet or galact granules to improve the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables well in your diet along with green leafy vegetables and if BM is not sufficient you can alternatively give baby infant formula milk using a BpA free bottle like babyhug
