#AskTheExpert Today we give our breastfeeding baby banana puree with formula milk. At 2 pm he woke up and started vomiting 4 times. What is the reason behind it? FYI once in the past we had given formula milk along with breastfeeding and at that time as well he did vomiting.

A. Please don’t give formula milk then... maybe it is becoming very heavy for the child and not able digest it. Don’t over feed the child. Give less quantities of the purée and wait for 2-3 hours to feed the next time after that. Some kids will not like the additional sugar on the formula milk. If you feel that is reason for vomiting you can avoid giving that milk in future.
