#AskTheExpert this question is about my son for every month he feels not well like cold n cough n fever for oneday,how May I get out of it, which food can I give to him.

Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually up to the age of 5 years it is quite natural to get the immunity once in a while once the weather or the season changes they will fall sick especially cold will happen just make sure you give the seasonal food items
