A. Hello, your baby girl is 19 months old and she is having severe constipation so give her plenty of water always and papya and apples crush and vegetables smash and oatmeal daily

A. make changes in the regular diet of the child and also try to give fibre diet Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Specially give papaya banana oats fennel seeds water it will help in decreasing constipation and even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool

A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Let the child be physically active as much as possible. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Good luck and take care.
