A. Hi usually within a gap of 3-6 months after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts. consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of your kids oral cavity

A. If they are milk tooth then it will grow on their own pace of time. Givr good healthy diet. IF still confused then you can consult once with the dentist
