A. Hello, your baby girl is 10 months old and if she has nasal congestion and chest congestion too then give her 2.5 ml syrup mucolite three times a day and saline nasal drops two times a day

A. One of the safest and most effective ways to help clear a baby's congestion is with a saline (salt water) spray or nose drops. These products are available without a prescription. If you use drops, place two drops in each nostril to loosen the mucus inside.
