#asktheexpert The bowel movement of my 2 month baby is happening after every 5 days and he starts to get cranky on the 3rd day, cries, doesn't sleep for long period and after 5 day the stool looks little hard in the 1st phase. He is on breast feeding only. could you please suggest?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. Babies this age should have several wet diapers a day and regular bowel movements. Some may poop every day; others may poop every few days. This is normal as long as the poop is soft. Let your doctor know if it gets hard, dry, or difficult to pass.
