#AskTheExpert the baby born at 2.2kg was on neosure similac for 1 month and had constipation all along . now the baby weighs 3.5 kg. should I upgrade to similac advance 1 or nanpro 1 excella

A. Hello, your baby girl is 1 month old and she was LBW 2.2 kg but she has completed her period and weight is almost increased good but now it’s very better to give her nanpro 1 formula milk upto 6 months but NO bottle feeding please

A. good evening yes definitely you can go ahead and upgrade it now there is absolutely no problem constipation is common even with those children who are completely dependent on mother's milk so that is not an issue
