#AskTheExpert temperature is going up 100 and down by 98.5 since two days. using paracetamol 250. can you guide shd we give any antibiotics to 20 months baby

A. no you can wait now .Fever is temperature more than 99. Give paracetamol for fever and can be given times in a day . If temperature does not comes down then sponging can be done or if baby not looking well then need to see a doctor .
