A. hi start with dal water, rice water after 3 days add vegetable soup then you can add mashed boiled apple by next month, add upma, soft sheera, dal rice make sure to start new foods slowly

Ma’am You can start with rice Dal water followed by porridge and khichadi and slowly gradually as the time will pass you can introduce vegetable purée and fruits to the child as well and then a little more time then poured Paneer and cheese all these things are very healthy to go for and also you can introduce sink items to the child
