A. Hello dear parent, ypu should take good care of your baby's oral health by using soft bristle tooth brush and using too the paste appropriate for your baby's age. Rest tootahenamel will also get back in strength. Also.give him supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only
