#asktheexpert suddenly tiny bumps on my 4.5 year old daughter's body.. no itching or dry skin.. what to do & what's the reason??

A. hi it can be allergic reaction to something like fabric food or cosmetics heat or sweating or infection apply thin layer of coconut oil there keep your child well hydrated avoid giving spicy food and citrus fruits for now choose Cotton clothes for your child skip suspected cosmetics
