ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician5 years agoA. hi yes that can be due to dry skin . you can apply cetaphil lotion or any baby lotion over the area . also give a gentle oil massage before giving a bath to the baby. white spots can also be due to fungal infection or some deficiency
