Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Give your child 3 meals and water along with daily milk intake. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 2 times a day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage eating healthy.
