A. no its oi. no need to clean. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide youyou can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal and please maintain proper hygiene and also clean it with a cotton clean cloth. and also if there is bad smell then evaluate once with doctor in person. take care
