Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. there is no best medicine depending on the diagnosis treatment will be given Cold and cough are viral infections in the baby generally they will take at least one week to subside

Also give steam inhalation to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough. Take care
