#AskTheExpert Sir since 3 weeks, I noticed white patches around the nose and mouth of my 7 months old baby. It is vitiliga Or something else. we are much worry. regards

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. the most common cause would be due to dryness of the skin or due to some type of allergy so kindly reply moisturizing lotion or simple coconut oil three or four times every day and if it is not improving then meet your doctor

Maintain hygiene
Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
Take a good care of your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Burp well after every feeding
