#AskTheExpert Sir Radnyee is not passing motion daily. We give her calcium and iron daily. Is it the cause for non motion?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. I parent your kids 3 months old, not mandatory for the baby to pass stool daily,children to pass stool once in 3 to 5 days, as long as the babies active feeding will without any vomitings do not worry

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, usually newborn babies will sometime not pass motion for 4 to 5 days sometimes up to 7 days. Check the urine count, the urine count should be 6 to 8 times in a day or more than that. If the urine count is normal then baby is completely fine. If the urine count is less than six times in a day then baby is not getting enough feed so check with your paediatrician for top feed.Write Your Answer Here
