A. hi you can give boiled egg, boiled potato or sweet potato in small pieces with pinch of salt and cumin seeds powder , paneer chilla, multigrain idli, ragi sheera, boiled chickpea ,one banana or apple a day ,full cream milk with dry fruits powder.
