Avoid feeding your baby too fast or too much at a time,
Everytime feed your baby in an upright position.
if you’re breastfeeding, avoid foods like citrus, tomatoes, spicy foods, carbonated, oranges, drinks, and foods high in fat, these can leads to reflux in babies. burp well after feeding
If you are feeding formula milk swich to soy base formula or can talk to your paediatrician.
