#AskTheExpert sir, our baby is 6 month old, he is not sleeping properly . he is just sleeping for a few minutes in a turn, I mean he sleeps very little and keeps mostly awaking. it is from his continuously till date. we would like to know the reason.

Generally baby sleep for 10-16 hrs at this age
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass urine minimum 6-8 times per day
Feed properly before sleep to ur baby
Switch off or dim light before sleep
Sing a song or cuddle ur baby
Check and change urine and motion immediately after passing it
Baby commonly wakes up 2-3 times at night for feed
