#AskTheExpert sir .. my son is a fussy eater.... how can I give nutritional food

A. offer variety. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok. see with babies not all will be as per text. each baby has her own pace of learning n milestone s ok. so don't stress unnecessary.

A. U Can work upon different varieties of food to the child which is going to be equally nutritious to be given to the child so you can just give everything in a different format every now and then because when you try to give the similar kind of food kids get bored so try to work upon different varieties for the child
