#asktheexpert Sir my son is 8yrs 4mnts. He had some tiny pimples in his back which is spreading slowly. Rarely he ask me to scratch by me with fingers. what was it?

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl9 months agoA. Not to worry, this is natural for most of the babies. This kind pimples will disappear on its own. Use neem soap and atleast three to four times in the affected area during bath. Sun exposure also will give a control to avoid bacteria formation in these areas.
