#AskTheExpert sir my son is 5 months old and mother's milk is not sufficient so he is crying.what steps should I take to improve milk. And suggest me baby food to give if necessary

A. to improve milk.. you can take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic oats sabudana dalia ragi.. you can give formula milk.. solids after baby complete six months..
