#asktheexpert Sir my son is 3 years old. His height and weight as per age is near perfect. Should I go for any milk supplement at this stage or just the normal diet we follow for him is enough. need your opinion.

A. hi as child is growing well, there isn't any requirement of such extra supplements plain milk is best you can continue with it or to make milk more yummy,you may serve milk with honey or milk with homeprepared dry fruits powder
