Q.

#AskTheExpert sir my son is 3 months old. he is taking very less milk while feeding and also he grunts a lot. Is it normal for a baby or whether we should have to take some precautions about that ? Generally we are giving Colicaid (pic in attachment) whenever he grunts. What should we do about this issue ?

A. Hello dear parent, you should feed your baby every two hours and must burp him after every feed by holding him in upright position and massage his back for 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary. This will help in releasing gas and prevents colic pain. Also give your baby tummy time several times in a day. This is also good to release gas. And for medicine definitely consult with your paediatric.
