Siri you should take a diet from a nutritionist for your child to follow up if you haven’t mentioned what is the current weight of your child so I would say as you mentioned the thyroid level level is 6.6 it’s best to check with the nutrition is for a proper diet plan for better than healthy weight gain of your child
