#AskTheExpert sir my girl baby age 2 year 9 month is feel pain for potty.she litterly cry that time.and also don't want to eat anything. she has very hard potty.what to do

This is because of constipation
Make child drink lot of water
Gi e lot of Vegetables, salads, fruits, sprouts. curd
Also add oats , papaya in baby's recipes
Donti give Biscuits, waffers bakery products chips chocolates farsan sweets sugary drinks
