ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello father its all about inculcating all healthy eating habits from the start, they are bound to get distracted with various unhealthy or junk foods as well.
so talk to them , occasionally that can be given also , prefer sometimes to present the usual foods in different ways and forms to them.
