#AskTheExpert sir my chid is calcium deficit , his teeth are grated from front . what can I give him to eat so that he can get enough calcium from diet that body requires

A. hello mam calcium deficiency does not cause immediate effect on the teeth this might be the cavities it is better to visit a dentist regarding this as he or she will be able to guide you better

A. he has his milk teeth till now.
