POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. So, if your child walks on his toes past the age of two, you can talk to your doctor about it. You need to take it a little seriously if your child has tight leg muscles, stiffness in the Achilles tendon or a lack of muscle coordination.
