Q.
#AskTheExpert sir my baby is one year old.He didn't ate plain rice always have to grind it my family doctor said if we grind baby digest very fast that not good for growth.Is it correct .Now also he didn't eat boiled rice every time I have grind also if I give any food to him without his interest he will vomit fast...sir please give solution

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also it is very early to chew food at this age and you can give baby semi solid and grind food. and also better to give rice with some vegetables and also make vegetables pulaw and give with curd.
