#AskTheExpert sir, my baby is now three n half month of age doesn't sleep in nyt...n only sleeps in afternoon.... wt to do .. ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. every baby has their own sleeping pattern which keeps changing with age,only after 5-6 mons of age you can establish a regular sleep cycle gradually with time n age. A sound cusleep of 8-10 hrs with a proper diet is sufficient for child's health.
