it all seems fine and normal for now as per what you have mentioned that is all ok and there seems to be no need to worry about this at all now .

it is happened due to fungal infection
I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please clean your child tounge regularly with Babyhug tounge cleaner
