#asktheexpert , sir my baby have hypospadias problem from birth. local paediatric doctor have seen, advice to surgery at an early age. please suggest any solution without any surgery how the problem solved. he is now only 4.5 months . please suggest

Shaikh Mohammed ImranGuardian of 2 children8 months agoA. Normally, hypospadias is been treated by surgical correction. ideal age is 6-9 months. Can be treated after 9 months as well but not recommended before 6 month

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. surgery is the only option your case is a surgical case. you have to be seen by both pediatrician as well as pediatric surgery who will you whether any in prevention is needed or written watch policy is needed
