ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, if your child is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, weight is within the normal range for child’s age then your child is receiving adequate nutrition from food and you should not worry.
Give small frequent meals, 4 to 5 times a day. Maintain adequate gap between meals. Milk intake should not be more than 500 ml including milk products. Avoid bottle feeding.
