Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 6 months of age that sounds in the stomach of the baby's is nothing but the movement of intestine and it is normal give neopeptine drops 0.5 ml 2 times a day to the baby

Hold your baby in upright position for sometime and gently rub on the back till the baby burps. Give good tummy time everyday. Do cycling movements with both the legs of your baby to relieve from gastric discomfort. Continue feeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
