A. What kind of rashes are these? Are these heat rashes? The rashes have to be directly examined by a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. Always bathe your child with lukewarm water. Use a mild soap with low pH value to bathe your kid. The soap should be made of natural ingredients and should be unscented and hypoallergenic. Immediately after bathing, apply a mild moisturiser made of natural ingredients all over your kid's skin atleast twice a day. Wash your kid's clothes with child friendly detergents.
