A. mera baby 4 months ka h .mujhe breast m milk ki gaanth bnti h jo bhut painfull hoti h..jisse baby or m dono preshan hote h..mujhe puchna h ki ye gaanth bnni kese bnd hogi ya fir jb tk feed krvaungi ese hi chlti rhegi..plzz reply
