definitely after completion of 6th month you can start with giving semi solid food for your child even if your breast are full.
they might be leak for some days then definitely the milk will reduce based on the requirement.
just watch over the breast that it doesn't get engorged and you can give only one time solid food for the child in the beginning then later on after one month you can start giving two times
