#AskTheExpert sir meri baby 19 month ki hai.use bar bar cough aur cold ho jata hai.dr ne alexjunior,aur tixylix ls diya tha par koi fayda nahi ho raha hai.uska nose running ho raha hai.kuch medicine aap bata sakte hai.aur ye kin reason se ho raha hai.plz reply me.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. cough and cold may be infective or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve congestion and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple timekes can also give sinarest drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productive give kufril-ls. give only simple home-made preparations as required ,child will eat as symptoms resolve.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. ir ks soem flu .For common cold home remedies like giving steam to baby works very well and of fever is there then give paracetamol for same . Other remedy includes nasovion nasal drop for blocked nose and ascoril ls for cough .
